Job Description
- Prepare and cook a wide range of vegetarian South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, curries, and more, adhering to authentic recipes and flavors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, meeting the expectations of our discerning customers.
- Manage food inventory and stock to minimize wastage and maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following hygiene and safety standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistent cooking techniques and adherence to recipes.
- Monitor and manage kitchen equipment to ensure they are in good working condition; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
