- Preparation of ingredients and cooking of food in various utensils or grillers.
- Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met
- Measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings, using scales or graduated containers
- Taking stock record of parathas on daily basis
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils or equipment
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Paratha Maker.
