Job Description

Appropriately delegates tasks to staff. Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies. Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well. Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or fires staff.
